Eat Your Broccoli...

So Simple...

So simple... it doesn't even have a title!

This painting didn't take very long to make. It was just one of those days where I felt I NEEDED to paint. And with the crazy busy-ness of my life lately, I guess what needed to come out was simplicity.

But maybe as soon as the canvas isn't blank anymore, all simplicity fades away? Or maybe I just ended up spewing out a visual rendition of my "organized chaos" (different layers, directions, colours)? I'm not sure. All I know is that it felt good to step away from that organized chaos, and do what my heart told me to do. :)
